Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your order! If something isn't right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please have your order number ready.

To start a return, contact us at firstchoicecsx@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at firstchoicecsx@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
